The MISSION statement clarifies Toppers' core purpose, what it does, and why it exists, while the VALUES statement outlines the ethical and behavioral principles that guide Toppers' actions and culture. Together, they provide direction for decision-making, align all stakeholders, and shape the overall organizational identity.
