14 days after their second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or
14 days after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine
The day of tryouts/evaluations you will be asked to provide the following at registration:

We will accept negative test results as per the City of Prince Albert, Alfred Jenkins Fieldhouse Regulations for TRYOUTS ONLY-please see the link here for acceptable proof of negative test results. https://www.citypa.ca/en/parks-recreation-and-culture/resources/Documents/Proof-of-Negative-Test-or-Vaccination---Oct-18.pdf
We are accepting the following forms of proof of vaccination:

Printed copy of your vaccine certificate (with or without QR code)
Wallet cards received at time of immunization
For 11-year-old athletes that may be selected for a U13 team, the Executive has decided that they will play together on one team. This will allow for better contact tracing if a Covid case or exposure occurs. Once the vaccine is approved for the age group 5-11 year old’s, it will be an expectation that these athletes provide proof of vaccination.
Also, a reminder that registrations for try-outs close November 15th, 2021. You can register by following this link https://go.teamsnap.com/forms/289292
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the executive by email at, firstname.lastname@example.org
